ABOUT US
Sound Wave Music Festival is a celebration of music that brings together some of the most talented artists from the local music scene. Our festival is open to people of all ages, and we believe the family-friendly environment makes it an excellent choice for anyone looking for an entertaining day out. The festival is held at the Mersey Valley Sports Club on Banky Lane and is known for its exceptional performances, relaxed vibes, and beautiful setting.

What food & drink options are available?
Have a look at our experience page to see the food vendors we are working with for our 2024 event. We have listened! And this year our bars are stocked with a wide range of cold, refreshing soft and alcoholic drinks. All our prices have been considered to help ensure everybody can enjoy the festival.
Can I bring my own food & drink onto the festival site?
No food or drink can be brought onto the festival site, with the exception of a single sealed bottle of water (500ml max). There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be an number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol and the bars will run a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.
Do the bars & food vendors take card payment?
For our 2024 event for are working with new technology to ensure our bars can handle all your card payments; so yes, all our bars will accept card payment. And rest assured all our food vendors will accept card payments.
Can I leave and re-enter the festival site?
YES! All tickets act as a come & go pass, so you can leave and re-enter the site as much as you wish to as long as you have a security wristband on.
